Do you think the running season is over? Think again! There is no bad weather for the Gringo’s Running Club from Quebec City. They are about to hold their first Orienteering event on December 8 (Sunday), in a surprisingly versatile urban Park Chauveau. On about 1 square kilometer, you will find a dense network of all-season trails, forest of all densities, fields, hills and ravines, and event waterfalls.

Three courses will be planned: Course 1 (beginners, trails, about 2 km), Course 2 (short intermediate: controls on trails and near trails, about 3 km, with route choices), Course 3 (long intermediate: controls on trails and near trails, about 5 km, with more route choices and more elevation).

SI will be used for timing.

The event center will be located at Michel-Labadie Community Center, with ample parking and all facilities indoors.
