Stratton Brook SP – Notes
March 26, 2016

Stratton, as many know, is a small park, noted from past experience to have thick woods. It also has sections of nice woods. Courses have been designed to avoid the bad, make use of the good and allow the many trails to present route problems.

Forecast for Saturday is sunny and mid 50s. The pond is ice free and may be used for cool downs for the hearty.

The Assembly Area will be on the lawn by the pond beach. Use the upper parking lot to avoid congesting the lower section.

Yellow. 2.9k. 8 controls
Orange. 2.9k. 9 controls
Green. 3.3k. 14 controls
Red. 4.8k. 17 controls

These are straight line distances. Good routes may likely be longer to avoid the thick stuff, the brook, or the pond, but, as always, you are welcome to devise your own plan.
