An ultrasprint with a qualifying stage in Ecclesall Woods and a Final in Millhouses Park, including a custom made labyrinth. Many other activities on offer including scuba diving, speleo olympics, climbing competitions, kite flying, a fairground, a food market and a beer festival. The orienteering takes place between 11am and 2pm on Saturday.

After the race why not head over to the lecture tent for a talk by the JWOC superstars John Rocke and Hector Haines, starting at 15.30.
