Our first Bush Rogaine of 2014 will be at Gibraltor Rocks, between Lithgow and Jenolan.

There will be a 6 hour and 12 hour event. both starting at midday 10 May.

Antoniya and Andrew have spent a number of weekends out at Gibraltar Rocks and say 'it's great Rogaining location", predominantly eucalypt woodland with a very attractive open under-story that begs to be walked through. There's a network of tracks crossing the course for those that like to run and there's also plenty of more remote locations for those that don't. The terrain around the Hash house is very pleasant with the nicest terrain that is easy to read and walk through. In the remote corners of the course there's plenty of challenges if you're up for it. It's a small course (1:25,000 on A3) so make sure you take in one of the spectacular lookouts when you're there and look out for some of the local wallabies and echidnas.
