Updated plan!!

Day One/Friday afternoon: Middle Distance, Black Diamond Mines, Antioch, CA. Map and courses by Vladimir Gusiatnikov. Mostly forested steep-ish Bay Area hillside, some rock details, some vegetation variability.

Day Two/Saturday: Long Distance, Diablo Foothills Regional Park and Shell Ridge Open Space. Base map by Matej Šebo, fieldwork by Bob Cooley, courses by Erin Schirm. Mostly open rolling hills, some forest, a very large area.

Day Three/Sunday: Two Sprints, a one-person relay and a regular Sprint, somewhere in the greater East Bay, urban venues. Most likely brand new venues and map, possibly at least some of it by Rex Winterbottom. The plan is very fluid as this is the first time the Trials are in a new format! changes are to be expected to the exact Sprints program.

Hosted and sponsored by the Concord, CA Road Runner Sports! The best airport is Oakland, SFO also works.
