The courses will all have control flags on them. They will be mostly suitable for people who can't navigate, like the setter. If you have a mountain bike that'd be awesome because there are some nice trails out there so you can just skip the orienteering. Go for a swim in the lake afterwards to vent your frustration or buy an ice cream and donate it to the setter.
Three courses:
Short ~3km
Medium ~6km
Long ~9km
Optional swim leg for anyone game enough.
