Do they still have a PT for club sports? Might be worth asking about. Nothing better than finding a PT who runs, too - they "get" running injuries and come up with some really creative solutions when they have to.

This is a great suggestion. I could always go to my physical therapist for club sports to see what's up, but I think she'd just recommend I ice and stretch it. If the tension persists while running for another week, then I'll definitely seek more guidance.

Cool. Finally got in to see the one at work, myself - she mostly validated what I am already doing and suggested a few new exercises, which is good. I'm all about supervised recovery, I think in general we in the Army expect to just be back to "normal" too fast....hate seeing that happen to the troops when they come back off profile and go straight back to what the group is doing with no buildup recovery. But you're young and probably bounce back fast - enjoy that!
