no I think 5km is about right...
each rep was 5 x length of the hill (3 up 2 down).
6 x 5 = total 30 lengths
5000/30 = 166m
sounds about right?

Yaaah i think the 5km is right, i was meaning the fact the garmin says every hill is only 4m vertical climb which is highly depressing & my legs definitely think otherwise!
Ah ok! Map looks like its 25m climb. x18 uphill reps =450m total?
I hope that's more accurate than 75m!!! :)
