There should be an instructional video available for people reading your log. It would be interesting to see exactly what some of these exercises are.

There's a thought :) some of these are variations on old themes, but do keep things interesting. Sometimes there's a bit of ad lib!
Anyhow, let me know if there's anything particular that warrants description as I don't think I'll get to video production anytime soon :(

Bill, you are always an inspiration to me, keeping up your stretching and strength routines. So important as we grow older. I recall starting every judo workout in my teens and every track workout in my twenties with a light jog and at least 20 minutes of stretching.
