Live results available for the qualification races, no tracking or commentary.
Of the Australians, Oscar and Oliver should qualify easily, Brodie borderline, Matt and Henry yet to start. Doesn't look like any of our girls will make the A Final.
Live results available, sort of, but very frustrating. I think Brodie's OK.
Looks like Ethan will make it for USA!
Oscar and Oliver both 11th. Brodie missed out by a couple of places, could be in line for a podium in the B final. Good run by Henry in his first JWOC, only 5 mins off the winner and 2 mins off a place in the A Final.
Brodie's through - he was 17th (20 get through).
Two Kiwis in the A Final, Alice Tilley and Nick Hann who did it well with a 6th place only 52 secs adrift.
Right Blair, I was assuming it was 15. So does that mean there will be no C Final?
Has anyone a link to the live results? Cause the one on the website seems not to work for me

Well done Ethan, and so close for Katrina! Good stuff by the American juniors.
Really good runs for Ethan and Katrina!
For the women's heats, all three won by Swedes! Impressive.
And just missing the A Final: Heidi Mårtensson and Kristine Berglia of Norway -- both 22nd in their heats -- are they Jorgen's & Mårten's daughters respectively?
Heidi is Jörgen's daughter and already has an impressive track record (won JWOC last year) and is also on the Norwegian cross-country running team. My guess is that Kristin is the daughter of Morten (don't know for sure though).
Anton and Tilda Johansson (brother and sister) are the children of Martin Johansson, former National Team runner. I think he may have run WOC in USA or thereabouts...
Edit: Yes, indeed - he won the Bronze medal in the Short Distance in Harriman.
I see that Valerie has posted the splits in Attackpoint. Go to the event page here
http://www.attackpoint.org/eventdetail.jsp/event_8...
Looking at the splits on attackpoint has an advantage in that you can see mistakes, time lost, leg placing and total placing throughout the race. Thanks Valerie for doing that.
The Middle Qualification maps (along with the other maps too), are posted here"

Aussiewatch in today's Middle Final: Brodie will start at 10:22, Oscar 10:54 and Olle 10:58. Oscar will be in the gps tracking, as will Nick Hann (NZ). Let's hope it works today!
Ashley, Matt and Henry are all in the B Final, starting at 12:13, 12:41 and 13:01 respectively.
The Australian girls in the B Final are Lanita 12:23, Olivia 12:25, Asha 12:35, Nicola 12:55, Anna 13:09 and Michele 13:11.
First start is at 5pm EST, 3pm WST.
Working after I changed the time zone on my computer. Nice complex area (looks a bit like Rowdy Flats), and difficult course, although the long leg looks a little easier than the others.
I'm not getting all the tracks, but Anton Johansson has made a big mistake at no. 2!
The tracking stops at 10:16. Have refreshed several times, but still stops when it gets to 10:15:48.
Certainly some big blowouts early - the Ukrainian woman has lost 22 minutes by the first radio. Decent start for Brodie.
There are some big time losses out there! But Nicolas Rio (France) has finished with a good time of 32:12.
can someone send a link to the live results. They have disappeared
Nick Hann looks set for a top 10, maybe podium.
Same for Zoe Harding (GBR) daughter of a former Sandgroper.
And a great result for Italy - only one man can now beat Ricardo Scalet into 1st place.
Nick Hann will be 5th, and a tie for 1st in the women's race! And the finn came in to beat Scalet.
Looks like Ethan is 57th.
