Gee, I missed that nice piece you put up last Friday. Very aggressive for so early in the season. And you beat my time too! Nice start for 2015!

Sorry about the arm continuing to give problems. Do you have any idea why you can row so strongly on Friday...and then have problems on Monday?

Incidentally, I toss those little spring-loaded posts, and just run a piece of wire through watch and band entirely, bring it around behind the band and twist the two ends together.

No. Hard to know about this forearm. It didn't bother me at all on Friday. It definitely felt compromised yesterday, but at this point I am even more concerned about the groin discomfort. I almost stopped, and certainly would have if I were looking at a piece of more than 10 minutes, or if I were going at all fast.

An interesting idea about the watch. Where do you run it through the watch? The failure here was on the watch, not the band. The post just pulled right through the rubber housing of the watch.

Does this require that the holes that the pins would fit into go clear through, instead of being blind?

XT holes are blind, so drilling would be needed.

Well, one of the holes on my watch is broken through, so pretty useless.
