This is the crucial time of day. Dinner is over, the intake valve is supposed to be turned off until morning. But I have to go out and do a couple errands and I will be driving right by Sugarloaf Frostee..... |

If we have ice cream in the house, I'll sometimes reward myself on the same day, but typically not a day or more later, unless it was a race or extraordinary effort. |
