Nice article by photographer Danny Brown (?) about mink in FP - current MO Conservation magazine. Only bad news - they are nocturnal. :)

Mink must be making a come-back. I'd never seen one until last year when I saw one at Creve Coeur Lake and a whole family in the River des Peres.
Box turtles are living happily in at least 6 different forest fragments in FP. Couldn't find any on my own, but have seen 5 now by using telemetry equipment. Fun activity!
