For those planning on coming out for the USOF Convention--and even for those who aren't planning on that but who might have a hole in the schedule for something else--LROC is putting together a package of low key racing and training in the Laramie Range, from July 28 thru Aug 1 (Saturday thru Wednesday before the first Convention "A" races). It'll be a great sampling of the Laramie maps, a lot of controls, and an ideal way to acclimatize to the higher elevations, lower humidities, and typically runner friendly terrains of the Rocky Mountains!

For all details, surf on over to the LROC web site and follow the links, according to your whims and interests: http://www.geocities.com/rmocer/index.htm

For any questions, email me.

If there is any interest in assessing your physical capacity on the Killer Bee Test Loop, that could probably be accomodated.
