Experimental data indicates the average full recovery from something like Tuesday's workout (harder endurance/aerobic) is 24-48 hours...So this is pretty close and it is similar in that it is harder endurance based so maybe another easy day could have been good....This changes a bit with age, fitness and various life stresses and can be beyond the 48 hour zone...It may be a good idea to start tracking incidences like this (and one's where you feel fresh) to get an idea of your recovery numbers...Also keep up with good hydration throughout the day ...it helps avoid issues like this..Just my two cents...take care..

It was a bit of a stressful week, so that didn't help things. Might have been a bit of a bug as well though. Felt better this weekend.
