on the realistic goals! Brown-walking can be very rewarding from a skills perspective.

I'm ramping up very slowly myself after poor participation levels in the past couple of years, and trying to maintain the 'I'll get better over time' mindset.

I'm looking forward to Hibernia as well. Would you like to carpool?

Smart plan, even orienteering isn't worth re-injuring yourself (really!). There's a chance I may be working but hopefully I'll see you at Hybernia.

Good restraint - as a fellow injuree (not as bad as yours) who has been pent up since early Dec I am raring to go, but feeling very tentative. Walking Brown at Hibernia seems a logical plan.

thanks, ended up working. Bad for o-training but good for the wallet. Glad you got out there.

Thanks . Felt lousy Sunday morning, so I did some spinning on my xbike and did some clearing of the green parts of my backyard when I felt better at midday.

Got the Briar path - excellent job! I have another fun verse for your compass poem...

Searched did I as I was able
later to find you on a picnic table.

Badumcha!

Ha!! Nice one. PLEASE give me some more O poetry for the new "Poetry Copse" section! I don't think it will be there every issue, b/c that might be too boring for some people, but I'm collecting it for sure! Sorry you were not feeling well and hope you're doing better now.

Feeling much better tonight. Since I am working from home tomorrow, I hope to go for a jog lunchtimeish. The fields have melted....
