Results are now up on the race website along with splits.

Thanks to the Stars for a challenging course in great terrain. The deep snow made it that much more challenging. Fun race. Given that this is the area that ARK kicks off in 9 days, those Adventure Running Kids are gonna need boots (or snowshoes) for the first few weeks this season I imagine! :-)

With only one CP to go I had a 22 second lead on the Duke. After the deep snow to #1 I thought that going around the field would be quickest but it looked like people had gone straight through so I followed the tracks. It turned out to only be Bash's snowshoe tracks so I postholed along glancing over my shoulder as the Duke caught up quickly. Tried to out sprint him after that but the field 'track setting' had tired me out. Fun times! :-)
