Discussion: Optional traffic rules

Strange I was thinking traffic rules had been made optional last Monday. Went past a driver being booked and then about 250m down the road was passed by a 4 wheel drive doing 70+ in a 50 zone. On the way back saw a ute do burnouts from 3 consecutive sets of lights; and then went past a fence where someone had lost it on the corner and demolished it for the owner. Not sure if it was a full moon or not, but something must have been happening.
