Great news, Yo Mama, but you may want to clear out your test entries...
Can we get info on prices and deadlines listed somewhere outside of the registration system? (Like on the event website?)
Additionally, the bathhouses will be open at Lake Frederick, correct? (For those staying there.) Hot water and showers?
$25 per night for simple tenting should encompass hot water showers...
But for bygone days by Popolopen (late 70s, early 80s), parking on the peninsula adjacent to Barth Hall: free open space and cold water, too:). What simple fun!
Hot water and hot showers will be available in the bathhouse at the Lake Frederick site, located near the A-Frame cabins and within walking distance of the tent sites.
The price for campsite tenting is set by Lake Frederick. Unfortunately, we do not have control over this. The campsites hold 25 people and are quite large. You are welcome to split a campsite with other orienteers.
We are working on posting the prices and more information on the event website.
Thank you for your suggestions.

Why is the A-meet much earlier than usual this year?
what exactly is the Time O? says "A 30 minute sprint rogaine with point specific time restrictions".
does this mean I can only visit certain points between 1pm and 1:15? Is the race a mass start?
The A-Meet is earlier than usual because of scheduling conflicts with our chosen site, Lake Frederick. In order to use this venue, we had to move our schedule up several weeks earlier than planned, as our original date would not have worked.

Why are there so many questions?
On the note of the TimeO question, I just posted information on separate thread with a pdf link
I'm sure you already answered your own question Clem before posting. No?
No, I would like to know why Guy has so many questions. I've racked my brain, and got nowhere. Please enlighten me.
JTESC needs to make lots of plans for lots of juniors at lots of events. Lots!
They also need to decide when the next selection period begins and there are challenges with ensuring that they neither leave out nor double-count any A-meets. It is difficult when it needs to be announced 12 months in advance, is 12 months long and the calendar isn't known 24 months out. It is not necessarily as simple as having the next selection period begin when the next one ends as it would be most desirable to have the Team Trials as the last event in the selection period.
I ask questions in order to get answers...
