Started mine yesterday. Want one more variety of tom though.

Tucson was lovely last week - warm and sunny, running in shorts and a T. Only managed to get on a trail one afternoon, but running on and around campus was nice too.

Where'd you get to, trail-wise?

This is the time of year when it would be really nice to have a 'working vacation' down there!

I am very much looking forward to Tucson, having woken to unexpected more snow this morning scuppering my Cross Fit plans!

Ordered a bunch of seeds last night and if they haven't arrived by next Sunday, will go check out the funky place in Wethersfield.

We went to the Camino de oeste trailhead due west on Speedway Blvd, which I think is Tucson Mountain Park.

Awesome. I'm guessing you may have run far enough from there to get into the bowl that makes up the Cat Mountain orienteering map. It's really neat in there!

Unfortunately we didn't get very far (my boss is primarily a cyclist - the trail was hard on his feet). I had already run 45 mins in the morning, so we only went 30 mins. It was lovely though. If I had a car I probably would have run out there all 4 days.

I did one morning loop S from campus, and one E into a nice neighborhood, but the first couple of days there was only time for 30mins at lunch. I managed to find an old copy of the campus map on Spike's blog. Can't find the original link now, but here's the partial map I downloaded. Mook's route I think.
