Discussion: JWOC 2014 selection race schedule conflict deadline

Reminder: January 15th is the deadline for athletes to submit to the US Junior Team Coach any scheduling conflict that you have with the JWOC 2014 selection races to be held March 21-23 in California. For more information see the petition information here.

Just to be clear, today's deadline only applies to conflicts that are known well in advance, as per criterion #1 of the Petition Review Process. These are the only scheduling conflicts that are petitionable; avoidable last minute conflicts are not petitionable.

The Jan 15 deadline has no bearing on petitions based on criteria 2 & 3.
