want more armchair (or deskchair I suppose) orienteering training? take a look at "RunOway", its pretty cool. you'll have to register before trying it out.

I'll second the recommendation to try out RunOway. What it does is show you the map, course, and split times. For runners who have entered their routes, you can get the route drawn in.

Alternativet released a new version of RunOWay today. The databases load much faster. It is now friendly for modem-surfers.
