Discussion: pizza in Scandinavia

There's even quite a difference between the common Swedish pizza and the common Norwegian pizza, the former generally more Italian in style, and the latter usually resembling either deep-dish Chicago or cardboard-quality frozen. Norwegians supposedly eat the most pizza of anyone in the world, but the most popular frozen pizza choice should really be considered "pizza".

I think I've heard frozen "pizza" referred to as Norway's national dish.
