Blair,
any recommendations for a world wide Android Weather Ap?

shameless plug:

Yr.no Android app

Not that I have anything to do with the forecasts, or the app (so don't blame me when it's wrong ;-)

I've not used the Android app, but yr.no is the best global forecast site I know of (even the Swedes use it in preference to their own site so it must be good :-). Only thing to watch for is that outside Europe it runs on a 25km grid, so can struggle a bit (more for temperatures than rainfall) in areas with complex topography - for example, in Canberra it is usually several degrees too cool because, I presume, its "Canberra" gridpoint is somewhere in the Brindabellas.

How about the Canadian Ski fields :-)

We will give it a go and report back next year
