And it probably tasted better than choco-cherry-peppermint swirl beer.

As in the beer I had? The Alley Kat Chocolate Orange Porter? Wasn't bad, but not as good as the Mill St. Vanilla Porter.

I thought the paper folding umbrella in your pint was a nice touch too.

So when will you guys host a weekend with an adventure run in the valley and on the day before a 5K sprint race in west ed? Let's make it happen movers and shakers

I'm bringing it up at the EOOC AGM. Proposed sched:

Sat AM Middle CAN CUP (forest)
Sat PM Sprint Relay (forest)
Sun AM City Race
Sun PM BBQ and Beer

Thoughts?

In fact, I believe that Chris Sigvaldason was working on a map of West Ed.

Canada Cup might be what gets buy in from club but too much extra work and a good way to get the 'traditionals'. I'd suggest 1-2 sprints on sat at west Wd and at UofA then an adventure run as teams the next day.
Focus on marketing and not satisfying a huge set of COF rules and restrictions. That's why we only organize Canada cups every 3-4 years.
