Was going past at some speed so I may have misread it, but if it is wrong it certainly wouldn't be the only incorrectly spelt Italian sign in Melbourne - the famous (and, I believe, heritage-listed) one at the deep end of the Fitzroy pool says "AQUA PROFONDA'.
