If you plan to race again mid Nov try this as a w/o over the next two weeks...it should help
2 x 1km 30s rest after each...fast
5km tempo not easy but not race pace..psych yourself up with this and get ready to move...30 s rest to focus
3x 1km 30 rest between each ...hard...
Race 1-2 weeks later....then start some base training!
Thanks. Not sure about the 7th k. I think it was slightly downhill, but was also when I was getting passed by two guys. Looks good Francis! Just have to find a good race now...
