For those who don't twitter, did anything interesting happen?

I do understand that strategic plans were discussed, and that the current one is moving into its end-stage, and perhaps a new one will be produced or the current one evaluated (or both).

w.r.t. to the current one, was any thought given to putting together a simple spreadsheet that showed the quotas, baselines, and to date actuals of the goals articulated therein, as well as the cost of achieving (or failing to achieve, as the case may be), those quotas?

I think that would be a valuable exercise, (taking what we've learned, as it were), before embarking on yet another strategic plan,

That seems very sensible.

The plan is in its earliest stages. Committee being formed and it will be looked at and commented on by the Board by Spring meeting. More input at the RMOC convention and approved in Fall meeting at ROC. What has been done with the present one and what and how the new one will be used to facilitate moving OUSA forward will definitely be part of the plan. While there is a Strategic plan "lite" on the web page, the original was many pages too long. The new one will be concise and realistic. After the initial work is done, the community will be asked for input. We hope to have a better product as we hope we have learned things since the last one was produced.
