USA Junior Team Coach Erin Schirm asks that USA juniors meet with him an hour before the first start time at each race this weekend, wherever the parking area is. He'll talk with you about preparing for the race, and about your race strategy.

Please also look for Erin after the race. There will be course reviews around the Finish or Arena starting around 30-45 minutes after the last start.

All juniors are more than welcome to join Erin, regardless of nationality. All levels are welcome.

Thanks,

Barb

Please be sware that the entire McMaster University campus is OUT-OF-BOUNDS until 4pm on Friday (first sprint start at 5pm).

Yes, but all participants are required to be inside the tarck infield by 4:45. And registration opens at 4. So I would presume that getting to the parking lot before 4 is not going to DQ anyone, as long as you don't go onto the campus.

We realize this is a tight window but that is the restrictions we are facing to use the campus and in particular the athletic facilities. We appreciate your assistance and patience with this. If you are arriving in Hamilton earlier in the day please pick up your race kit at Canterbury Hills. To process people registering faster we may elect to focus on distributing race bibs and SI rentals only during busy times and can distribute the shirts later. Because weather is nice we will likely set up registration adjacent to the entrance to the "arena". Again we realize this isn't ideal but the alternative was no race at MAC and the courses are just to darn fun to have wasted that. :-)

Arriving with your waiver pre-signed will also speed up the registration process.

Not mentioned in the race kit is that there is a flat rate (after 4pm) parking fee of $6.
