I've been to a few sport conferences like that. One in particular was about long term athlete development and how staying physically is important for everyone... oh the hypocrisy!

It's absolutely rubbish! Why go to Denver? Why not somewhere dull with a decent airport hotel? The advertising brochure had beautiful pictures of mountains everywhere, and there was no time to go anywhere near them. Very disappointing.

They should include a 'Hike in the mountains plenary' in their schedule.

I know it would make me more likely to attend.

Keystone Conferences do - there's an early morning and a late talk session, and the middle of the day is all yours. They're the best!

Or if you're going to make us sit still all day, at least do it Thurs/Fri then we can extend the trip to have some fun!
