You around for this in two weeks? If not do you want to map to run a course in the next few week?

I am not around in two weeks, I could possibly run it beforehand, is it nice?

I haven't been in a nicer forest in south Wales (although that's not saying a lot), but there's little undergrowth, quite a lot of runnerable forest and the map is up to date, so I'd say worth a run. Send me an email if you want a JPEG of the course.

Ben is not going to be around for the Welsh League either, but having seen the JEC maps - steep, steep..., I reckon Llantrisant might be good training. Actually that might be true for both Ben Ms
