not really. still does stuff, physiologically, and hopefully psychologically, because you'll feel awesome the whole time... happy to hear that Rob is running, too!
Actually, 15 mins isn't enough to get to the good feeling! We're doing a running from scratch program, given I always forget that that's what Rob is doing, because his long legs are a significant advantage. I'm actually amazed by just how much occasional Cross Fit has done for Rob's aerobic fitness in the last year. I enjoy it, but I guess I never really bought into some of it's general fitness claims. It's quite interesting. To those who would say he'd be running a marathon by now if he'd just run all year, that's also true, but Rob doesn't want to run marathons. The gains are quite something.
