Are state forests included in your list? If so... you have something to look forward to when you get to letter P :)
Want a copy of the O map? Or do you have one? Bit old without the new bike trails, but the woods are good.
Of People's or of Hurd? Hurd should definitely be mapped! People's - yes!
I think Paul Pearson has a map of Hurd. Pretty sure I went to a meet there once.
That is interesting. It is really beautiful forest over there. Lots of bike trails now though, obviously. Grrr.
I'll send you a copy of Hurd. People’s - may have to relook. Previous visits found lots of mt laurel. Saw more open woods on Sat when I could sneak a look around. If nothing else, the lower park might be a fun sprint area.
People's has some really nice areas, but also lots of mt laurel, and of course the huge cliffs. We have been in the southeastern part a few times, parking on Park Rd. It is interesting terrain, but no useful parking there for even a local meet. I suppose you could park across the street from the main entrance on E River Rd, and walk up the trail a ways to get to the nice stuff.
I could imagine an awesome forest sprint at the top of the plateau where there were gorgeous open pine forests & cool rock features. Unfortunately that section seemed very inaccessible.
I got a copy of the Hurd Permanent O map a few years ago from Paul and then forgot about it. Just found it again and resolve to use it.
The o map is on line at the NEOC site under the Beginner section. Be warned that it is hardly a beginner format, rather little sections around each control with no info to get started. Also the map is 1" to 1 mile with 10' contours.
If anyone wants a copy of the whole map with the controls and at 1:10000, let me know.
