Are these recipes online? We also have a lot of eggplant.

Also, I met Vicky Stevens at the BAOC event this past weekend and we quickly discovered we both knew you. Nice to have a fast woman in California!

There are some on line
http://www.anjumanand.co.uk/indian-food-recipes-co...
http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/chefs/anjum_anand (includes at least one eggbergineplant)

I sent Becks the book Indian Every Day a while back, I'm pretty sure I sent it from Amazon USA so you should be able to get hold of one if you so desire.

The one I made isn't on there as far as I can tell Carol, I'll copy it or scan it when I get home. The book is really good though, I highly recommend it.

Cool, thanks Becky! I'd love to try it, if it's not too much trouble for you to scan it. Indian Every Day is not an option on amazon ($95 through 3rd parties!) but they have a few of her other books. Might just have to order one, and explain to Greg why I need more cookbooks later! Looks like she's into Ayuveda, which I know very little about. Is that part of the appeal or do you just like the food?

I have no idea what Ayuveda is actually! Kitch's wife Kate makes the best curries, which were always a big treat when we went to stay, and they're all from her book. I think she's relatively well known in the UK too. So Kitch treated me to the book a while ago, given we can't just pop round for dinner anymore.
