I'm looking for a good video showing sprint orienteering that I can send to a friend. Any recommendations? I think it's hard to search for, because many of the best videos are likely not in English.

You could look at any of the sprint the bay ones from New Zealand. I know there is one from Julian dent with a head cam running at slash planet.
