What was occurring for you to have so many days without logging some sort of exercise?

Mostly just setting the event at Lover's Lane. I only planned to run weekends and Wednesdays so it was just the weekend runs that I missed. Gym visits have been skipped from lack of time with event preparation last week and then cardiologist visit Monday and car service Tuesday.

How'd the cardiologist visit go, it seems you've been getting fewer instances of uncooperative rhythms - you've certainly got faster for longer now?

Yeah - any developments?

Nothing definite but it does seem to be bothering me less at the moment. I'm still getting odd rhythms quite frequently but they don't seem to keep going for as long. I was getting little bursts throughout tonight's run for example but it never lasted long enough to really bother me. Feeling bad on the second lap of my time trial last week was also due to heart problems but it only slowed me down by about 10 or 15 seconds and I was fine afterwards, just concerned that I can't trust myself to be sensible.

I'm not sure if this improvement means anything long term as I have had good and bad periods lasting weeks or months in the past but at the moment I'm feeling quite happy with how it is. My cardiologist is happy for me to just live with it for the moment and only see him again if things take a turn for the worse. I'm off all medication now, even the aspirin.

Good news on the medication. Hope things stay relatively settled.
