Hi!

I'm searching for an answer to what I find might be a simple question. I recently bought a mac, and I wonder if there is a way to import data from my Garmin FR 310XT into some program, and then the data can be exported to AP. I guess there must be some AP-user out there that has found the answer? Is there a direct way? Do you need to pay a fortune for this program?

On my old PC I use Sportracks 3.1 to export to AP, and I'm looking for a similiar way to do it on my mac.

I have a mac and a Garmin 305. I downloaded the free software "Garmin Training Center" from Garmin's website. This communicates with my watch and shows you your recorded data. You can then select the track and export it as a gpx or tcx file -- save that to your hard drive then upload to AP. If someone has a better way, I'd love to hear it.

Simpler than that. Get the Garmin Communicator Plugin. Don't need to register with Garmin. Once you have that and the ANT+ installed, your Mac will recognize the XT. Let it upload the XT data. When done, go to AP and do a Garmin transfer (assuming you have made the requisite donation). If the XT isn't recognized, go to Applications and click on the ANT+ app and should start to download.

That sounds pretty easy I guess! Will look into that! Thanks!
