Discussion: Wow!

Nice run!

This was a fun run. I plan to write about it more, soon, but I went for a long run collecting hittaut points, and then met some friends down by the lake for a small picnic. After a refreshing swim and a little relaxing, it was a straight shot home because I needed to meet Sam for frozen yogurt :)

A great way to train, very impressive.
