You're just doing too much, revising proper takes it out of you and makes you stressed, weakens your immune system, you've probably just got a wee bug or something but you're tired anyway and your immune system will take longer to deal with it. You train an awful lot which means you're hard on your body too. Take a break!!!!

Yes and if you read on that is what I am doing. But sitting in all day and revising is no good either which is why I keep training as can get away for a bit. You have to train hard to run well but I know I am very stressed. Going to get the exams over and then start properly:). Don't worry I am fine!

Why do you need to run well at the minute though? There is very little happening for AGES?

I know from this morning your pretty frustrated which is understandable, and not being able to run since the JK is hard but the JK really wasn't that long ago. Things take time to sort out, Remember worrying does nothing :P

Swelling takes time to go down and it is only there because there is something going on underneath. See what the physic says. If running is the way you relax from studying then really try to find something else. After the exam you can find the problem!

And Big Cheese with me bex and chloe on saturday will definitely sort you out :P
Chin up gromit :)

Well it'd just be nice to get some confidence back again. Instead of one thing after another. All this is just training but even when the goal is in few months need to actually do the training rather than boring myself to death on the bike.

Hah Jet, I am really positive after the physio today. I can walk like a normal person. However I am still going to take this week easy, nothing specific just getting out away from the books.
Would have loved that but I am away, not running, but socializing!! One of my friends is having a ball.
Worrying yes you'd think i'd learn.
Thanks:)
