ive 9 more between tomorrow and the 31st so ill be able to get in some good training in the gaps of time off, ive 7 days off then an exam and then 8days off and another exam

I am finished on Tuesday :-) And my new Mudclaws have arrived, so I am anxious to try them out, what are you doing next week, the hills are calling me

just looking at the calendar ive had it suggested to take it easy for the day. exam on the 14th but then im free till the 21st so a nice long 2hr30-3hr run somewhere might be a good idea if your game.

Definitely, I am also keen to try out some routes in the Comeraghs from a book that TheFlan got me for my birthday, let's either go there or to Gougane, or could do the Nagles, we have lots of options
