Excellent. More energy and less fatigue these days?

Second... by complaint.

Cant believe you actually put in a complaint over an up and coming senior beating you by a second.

Poor form, poor poor form.

:P

'second' indeed ;)

slowly getting my body back in shape, still some issues with sleep, but improving...

And Conor's an established star these days.

Once again, a clear--if somewhat delayed--payoff from training in the high altitude prairie. The data points continue to amass.

What's the story with the second?

I started 11:18, someone who started 11:02 kindly woke up a bunch of controls... but then I overtook him somewhere... ... ... so I got to participate in the awakening, at the finish I said I'd protest if anyone finished within 10s. All was well and good, but then Conor came in and beat me by a second... he graciously agreed to share second place.

The road trip with attitude training in Wyoming was a key component of my preparations.

Sounds like a reasonable decision to share 2nd place. Runners at a national championship should not have to wake up units.

Nice racing!
