I am confused by what makes it a workout, having never done it.
Also, your "conference" at Snowbird sounds awesome!

Well it's a heavy machine so turning it on steep slopes and sharp curves took some strength. My back and triceps ached the next day. I almost got thrown off once on a steep, bumpy downhill. Also, you often have to support yourself on your quads and move left or right to keep from rolling over on a steep curve. But probably if I knew what I was doing, it wouldn't really be a workout.

Yes, the conference was awesome! It was great that Lauren could come. Definitely going to have to try to go to more of these "conferences" :)
