Could always try Greenland - quite a few places there (including some north of the Arctic Circle) have cracked +10 on a number of occasions in the last week.
(Usually when the jetstream is wandering in strange places like it is at the moment, abnormal cold in some places will be offset by abnormal warmth somewhere else. At the moment, apart from Greenland and arctic Canada, "somewhere else" seems to be centred on the part of east Kazakhstan where the Ski WOC was).
