Hey there,

I have this problem and i was hoping that someone could help me with it.

To try ocad 11 i downloaded the trial version and started making a map o a school nearby. As i was getting focused on it i ended up maping the whole thing. Since the licence me and the school have is for ocad 9, i wonder if there is any way for a conversion to be made so that i can make furthet changes to the map.

thx,

There are three options:
1. Send it to someone who owns Ocad11 for conversion.
2. Buy Ocad 11 for yourself.
3. Make own program for converting the file or hire someone doing it for you.

I think you are already doomed as you probably can't save your work. If you could save your work you just send it to some nice person who has Ocad11 and get them to save as ocad9.

Sure. I can do that this evening if you email me the file.

.....and if you find you are doomed as Oxoman suggests you might be, you could make one (or several) screenshots of your map using the grid lines as a guide so it can be redrawn more quickly in OCAD9 by you or some speedy OCADer. That might be easier than starting from scratch.

You can save files in ocad trial-version, but saving is restricted to current fileformat, which leads to fsilvas problem.

Real question is, if you already have ocad 9, why would you start drafting someting important with a trial version?
