I'll bet your plan had been gradually taking shape since we flew in over and commented on Phillip Island 2 weeks ago :)
It did remind me that it was a long time since I'd been there.
Woolamai might have some theoretical potential for a sand-dune map - unusually for Victorian coastal dunes, it has vegetation which is not totally impenetrable - but as the area's managed by a nature trust I think our chances of getting permission to use it are minimal.
Used to be and probably still is a mutton bird nesting area. Had ticks too when I camped there 43 years ago.
