I just want you to be aware that you can do more skiing than running. glad to see you are getting the occasional run in. I hope you are doing your relaxation and some map study too. It would be great if you could log it.
For what it is worth: I do my training plan in "running-time", then if I bike or ski, I do 1/3 more time than if was going to run. Then I log it as what ever I actually do.
Forest, that is interesting. How did you end up at 1/3? From my experience I felt I could do +1/2 for skiing and double the cycling. I don't have any scientific reason, just my feeling of what seemed manageable.
