Phone: (706) 342-0054

We will be discussing the direction of the junior program,
How to develop a training plan for all ages,
what goes into a training plan to build a well rounded athlete
and how that plan can be monitored or adapted as time passes to work with the development of an individual.
Bring any questions you have about coaching training, developing a program I will create time for those questions to be answered.

Everybody is welcome Juniors as well. Please let people you know who might be interested in this and don't go an app know. Thanks Hope to see many of you there.

GuyO:
Yes, it's still called "USOFClubnet".

I'm not sure it is even possible to change the name of an existing YahooGroup...

Erin,

Are you primarily interested in coaches or both juniors and coaches?

Bob: Both is great I think anyone who came would walk away with a little more knowledge. The more coaches the better because its geared towards them. It might be a little over the heads of a a junior under 14.

Erin,

In this case, most of the coaches are JROTC instructors. I suspect they will want to include their Cadet Orienteering commanders.

I believe the juniors will be primarily HS juniors and seniors (like Mr. Stout).
