I don't know how you managed to do so much, so well, on so little sleep! Thanks - it was a great event.

It's a little worse than I let on. I injured my shoulder on November 3rd, and it has been killing my sleep. If I rolled on to it at night, it would wake me up. It took me *way too long* to figure out I needed Naproxen as a minimum. Serious stuff helped a lot more.

It was last Thursday before I tried both together, and it was the first time I slept 6 hours in weeks.

The last few days have been better, but I'm still waking up at night. Last night was pretty bad---I slept on it a long time and it was really hurting when I woke up this morning. I'm starting PT probably next week.

But honestly---The only bad day was the Relay. I had a good 6 hours for the Night and 8 for the Ultralong. I can only think of a few times when I had 8 hours of sleep during an OCIN A-meet.
