hey mike really sorry you had such a nightmare of a weekend but at least it should all be out of the way for next week's international I guess. Had a nice chat to with your ma and pa at the start today - think they were counting the hours until they succumb to the lurgy...

Awww Mike, what a nightmare. But you'll feel better soon and the season proper hasn't started yet. Plenty more races to get stuck into later on. I can't believe how ravaged everyone has been by this bug! It's a persistent little git.

Thanks guys. Oli - you did so well to avoid the bug as it's so contagious. It took Dave, Kathy, Rich and me down in the space of 24 hours!

I suppose I didn't miss a big race and hopefully I will be recovered for Belgium at the weekend.

Chin up chappy -you'll be fit for next weekend. I'm just hoping that now i'm nearly better I don't catch anything else. Hopefully the cranelurgy is like chicken pox and you can't catch it twice in one lifetime. Having said said that I had chicken pox about 4 or 5 times when I was a kid!
