I have been laying off crossfit, with a very sore shoulder. Pullups are the only upper body thing I can do right now. Good for you to get 14 rounds!

Pull ups don't hurt your shoulder? Interesting. Things aren't as sore as I expected today. I think it'll still be a while before I get 15 rounds!

The things that hurt are lifting my arm, rotating it out, and any sudden movement. If I can slowly reach up and grab the bar, pullups themselves don't hurt at all. The worst it hurt over the weekend, I was running downhill on Saturday, lost my balance a bit and waved my arm to get my balance back. Yow! Funny injury. Going to see the doc on Thursday.

Wave arm to get balance! Yowzer - that's the move that got me at the BG. Did something to pop shoulder out. Will be interested in the doc's finding as I may need something similar.

As for pull-ups, never could do them. Finally decided that a thing called a ladder worked perfectly, end of that delusion.
